I'm Ezra, a senior nursing student and CNA, and I started Consacrés because the gear I needed did not exist. Caps pulled at natural hair and locs. Scrubs ignored culture. Pockets and fabric were an afterthought. So we built something different.

- Hair protection first. Satin-lined OR caps protect natural hair, and the Crown Cap has an extended back made for locs and natural hair.
- Functional design. Men's tops have a clean chest pocket, a sleeve zip pocket, mesh ventilation, a cord loop and a badge D-ring. Women's pieces have princess seams, ruched side panels, side slits and a straight leg flare pant.
